Produce

At Thunder Mountain Farm we grow a variety of seasonal produce and cut herbs. We grow in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner. If you have any questions about our cultural practices, we encourage you to ask. With 2800 square feet of cold frame space, we are able to grow tomatoes and peppers with regular success. We also raise carrots, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and others.

Our specialty is gourmet garlic. We produce between four and six varieties a year. Selection changes from season to season. Be sure to visit us in early October during garlic planting season to purchase certified planting stock. Garlic harvest season is early to mid July and the heads are cured and ready to go by late July. If you've never had garden-fresh garlic you're in for a treat!
